Why do you take a deposit?
This secures the date for your event. The deposit goes towards work that needs to be done in preparation for your event. For example, client follow-up emails and calls, contacting the venue, putting together playlists, sourcing tracks, etc.

Is the deposit refundable?
No. In securing your date we have undertaken work before your event. However, the balance if paid is refundable. If there is a rearranged date that we can fulfill there would be no alteration in the price.

How do I pay?
We send you two secure links. One for your deposit and one for the balance 7-10 days before your event. The balance payment is payable 5 days before your event. If you want to pay all in one go just let us know. All links are safe and secure. We do not get to see any of your card details and do not need a GDPR license.

How long before I need to pay my deposit?

As soon as possible. We will contact you if it has not been paid after 7 days. If it was not after 7 days, your date becomes available again.

What is included in the price?
The price quoted is a flat rate for the event. We will have asked if you want lights, sound system and the hours you want to book. The price includes our travel expenses, set up, sound and light test. Included is also the breakdown at the end of the night.

What is not included in the price?
Any hours in addition to what has been agreed on. For example, starting or finishing later than agreed. The extra time is paid for in advance or before the end of the performance. The price is agreed upon by both parties.

How long does it take to set up and break down?
We allow 90 minutes for set up, sound, and light tests. Breaking down takes 30 to 40 minutes.

Are you insured and tested?

Each DJ has Public Liability Insurance, Equipment Insurance and has their equipment PAT tested.
